Serving Southern California Since 1997

Areas We Serve

Bail bonds across Orange County and the neighbouring Los Angeles County communities — from our three offices in Anaheim, Brea and La Habra.

Open 24 hours · California bail licence 1841014

We post bail throughout Orange County and into the Los Angeles County communities nearest our La Habra office. Bail is posted at the jail rather than at our office, which is why our coverage reaches well beyond the three cities where we actually sit.

Three offices, many service areas. American Freedom Bail Bonds has physical offices in Anaheim, Brea and La Habra only. Every other city on this page is a service area — we travel to it, we know its agencies and courts, but we do not have an address there and will never claim one. Our office addresses are on the locations page.

Where we work from

We have three physical offices — Anaheim (714) 520-2002, Brea (657) 286-5038 and La Habra (562) 690-8303 — all open 24 hours. Addresses, maps and directions are on our office locations page. Every other city below is somewhere we serve, not somewhere we sit.

Orange County

Orange County has 34 cities, and which courthouse hears a case depends on where the arrest happened. Grouping our coverage that way is more useful than an alphabetical list, because it tells you where the case is going.

North Orange County

Cases heard at the North Justice Center, 1275 N Berkeley Ave, Fullerton

All three of our offices sit inside this eight-city area — it is the part of the county we know best. Full detail is on our North Orange County bail bonds page.

Central Orange County

Cases heard at the Central Justice Center, 700 Civic Center Dr W, Santa Ana

Our Anaheim office is the closest to this group. Theo Lacy Facility, one of the county’s main jails, is in the city of Orange.

West Orange County

Cases heard at the West Justice Center, 8141 13th St, Westminster

A larger group covering the coastal-west side of the county.

South Orange County

Cases are generally heard at the Harbor Justice Center, 4601 Jamboree Rd, Newport Beach

We serve south county, though it is the furthest from our offices — we will always tell you honestly how long we expect things to take.

Los Angeles County

Our La Habra office sits directly on the Orange County / Los Angeles County line. An arrest a few streets west is an LA County matter with a different sheriff, different jails and different courthouses — and that genuinely changes what happens next.

Communities we serve from La Habra

These are Los Angeles County. Release rules here changed substantially in October 2023 — many non-violent, non-serious arrests now need no money bail at all. Our Los Angeles County guide explains exactly when a bond is and is not required.

San Gabriel Valley

We also cover La Habra Heights, which is policed by the Sheriff’s Industry Station. If your case is on the LA County side, call our La Habra office on (562) 690-8303 — it is the office that works the county line every day.

Courthouses: Norwalk, Whittier, Downey, Deukmejian, Pomona South and West Covina. Custody: Inmate Reception Center for men, Century Regional in Lynwood for women.

Courts and jails

How our coverage actually works

A bail bond is posted at the jail holding the person, not at a bail office. That is why an agency two streets away is not automatically better than one twenty minutes away — what matters is who answers, how fast the paperwork is done, and whether they know the facility.

What being genuinely local buys you is knowledge: which department made the arrest, whether that city holds people or transfers them straight to Santa Ana, which courthouse the case goes to, and how long release usually takes at that hour. That is what nearly three decades in these cities has taught us.

Start with Orange County bail bonds for the county-wide picture, or see our office locations for addresses and maps. Charge-specific pages are under bail bond services. Common questions are answered on our FAQs page, payment options are set out separately, and you can read who we are.

Not sure which office to call?

Call any of the three. We will locate the person, confirm the bail amount, and tell you honestly what can happen tonight.
