Which form do you need?
There are two different applications. If you are posting bail for someone else, you need the first one. If you are the person being released, you need the second. If you are not sure, call us and we will tell you in a minute.
For the co-signer
Indemnitor / Co-Signer Application
Complete this application if you are signing for or guaranteeing the defendant’s bail bond.

Before you start
A few things worth knowing

You can type into these forms. Both applications are fillable PDFs. In Adobe Acrobat Reader, Preview on a Mac, or most desktop browsers you can type into the boxes before printing. On a phone it is usually easier to print the form first and complete it by hand.

Do not send us documents by email unless we ask you to. These applications carry personal information, including a Social Security number. Call us first and we will tell you the safest way to return the completed paperwork.

We never ask for a photograph of a credit or debit card. Payment is arranged directly with your agent. If anyone asks you to photograph a card, it is not us.

These are the official Bankers documents, unaltered. We do not change the legal wording, the signature language or any printed disclosure. If you would rather we posted you a paper copy, just ask.
